Mr Craig Flanagan

by Craig Flanagan
(South Africa)

I have just discovered that I am an HSP. What a wonderful feeling! Finally knowing what makes me different. Thank you for all the information. You have changed my life forever. With regards to nature, I have to get out to nature every once in a while, if I have not had a walk outdoors, next to a river or similar for a month I become uncomfortable and possibly even irritable. One thing I find strange is the fact that I am not creative at all, even though I subscribe to all the other traits. One thing I have learned to hone is my inate skill with people and this helps immensely with work and social life. Though crowds are still scary, I can work on one person and get anything I need out of them.

Walking outside keeps me happy, too :-)
by: Erika Harris

Craig, we have that in common... if I deny myself a good dose of Fresh Outdoors, I do not feel my best or highest, either.

Regarding creativity... I invite you to ENLARGE your ideas about what it means to be creative. I believe EVERYONE has the potential to be creative, and it doesn't always have to be *artistic*. Solutions can be creative. Data analysis can be done creatively (ask different questions). Business meetings can be infused with creativity. The possibilities are endless. It's just a shift of perspective.

I'm so glad you found the site, and it warms my heart to read that it's been of help to you.

Warmly,
Erika
